Montgomery County Weekly Media Briefing at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 15, to Focus on Election Update & Public Safety Day

Reporters interested in asking Montgomery County's Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) Rich Madaleno questions will be able to do so during this week’s virtual media briefing at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 15.

The briefing will provide an update on the Presidential Primary Election held Tuesday. The CAO will also discuss the importance of this weekend’s Public Safety Day and Montgomery County’s Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month events. This week’s guests will be:

  • David Naimon, president, Montgomery County Board of Elections
  • Amoretta (Amie) Hoeber, secretary, Montgomery County Board of Elections
  • Anita Vassallo, director, Montgomery County Public Libraries

The weekly media briefings offer reporters an opportunity to discuss timely and vital issues with the County Executive, key members of the County Government and community leaders invited to the Zoom call. Media members who wish to participate in the virtual media briefing should RSVP to Tracy O’Connor at tracy.o'[email protected] by 10:30 a.m. Login information will be provided after receipt of the RSVP. Login information for the media briefing remains the same from week to week. There is no need to RSVP each week unless you are new to the call.
