Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich's Weekly Media Briefing at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 25, to Focus on Gas-Powered Leaf Blowers Usage Ban Taking Effect July 1, Impact of Dangerous Heat

Reporters interested in asking Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich questions will be able to do so during this week’s virtual media briefing at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 25.

The County Executive will discuss the dangerous heat and the impact it is having on the County. He will talk about new laws set to take effect next week, specifically the ban on using gas-powered leaf blowers starting July 1. His guest this week will be:

The weekly media briefings offer reporters an opportunity to discuss timely and vital issues with the County Executive, key members of the County Government and community leaders invited to the Zoom call.
