First Day of School

County Executive Marc Elrich; Montgomery County Public Schools Superintendent Jack Smith; Board of Education President Shebra Evans; Councilmember Will Jawando; and other County officials were welcomed to Arcola Elementary School by Principal Emmanuel Jean-Philippe and invited to observe a pre-K and first grade class on the first day of school in Montgomery County.
