Elrich to Sign Historic Racial Equity and Social Justice Act

Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich will sign the Racial Equity and Social Justice Act. Elrich will be joined by Councilmembers and community leaders on Tuesday, Dec. 3, 12:30 p.m. A livestream video will be available on the Facebook and County Cable Montgomery.
