“I Voted” Art Contest

Councilmembers Craig Rice, Evan Glass, Andrew Friedson and Nancy Navarro presented a proclamation recognizing Montgomery County Public Schools’ students Anna Ruhlen and Amelia Avila, whose artwork won the “I Voted” art contest sponsored by the Maryland State Board of Elections and the Fine Arts Office of the Maryland Department of Education. Anna and Amelia’s art was selected from more than 650 selections and will be used as the official “I Voted” stickers in the 2020 elections and possibly future elections.
