Phase 2 Start Date

Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich announced critical benchmarks to reduce the spread of COVID-19 have been achieved, enabling the County to enter Phase 2 of reopening on Friday June 19, making it easier for some businesses to restart operations while protecting public health.
