Autism Acceptance Month

This morning, the Council presented a proclamation recognizing #AutismAcceptanceMonth in Montgomery County. We would like to thank all of the incredible individuals and organizations recognized during the presentation, including Melissa Egan of the Partnership for Extraordinary Minds, JaLynn Prince from Madison House Autism Foundation, Maureen Hanson from Upcounty Community Resources, Lee Oppenheim and Lennie Gladstone from the Ivymount School, Officer Laurie Reyes from the Autism and Intellectual Disabilities Outreach Unit at the Montgomery County Police Department and Maedi Tanham Carney from Integrated Living Opportunities.
