Proclamation Honoring Marcine Goodloe
Council President Albornoz and Councilmember Katz presented a Council proclamation on July 26, 2022 to trailblazer Marcine Goodloe, former president of Montgomery County’s Volunteer Fire Rescue Association. She dedicated her life to fire and rescue services in our community and we thank her for her lifelong service.
