Homestead Tax Credit

The State Department of Assessments and Taxation (SDAT) will be sending a letter to properties that have not filed for the Homestead tax credit (HTC), in early March. An access code along with instructions on how to file an application online along with instructions for mailing (applying online is preferred). Completed applications for the credit should be done by May 1, 2023.
