MCDOT Unveils New Road Paint Truck

The new paint truck paints 8-12mph, can paint 10 miles of double yellow or 20 miles of single white lines per load and has a Visilok tank, which is a drying agent that helps the paint dry faster. View the truck in action here.

Drivers may come upon slow-moving paint trucks updating road markings as stripes are refreshed periodically for the safety of all who travel our County roadways. MCDOT asks drivers to pay attention to the road and do not drive distracted.
