State of the County

Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich will deliver his “State of the County” address at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 2, at the Executive Office Building in Rockville. In his address, County Executive Elrich will reflect on the County’s accomplishments and the challenges and opportunities ahead.
