Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month 2024
On May 21, 2024, the Council presented a proclamation with community members and elected officials to commemorate May as Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month.
This year’s AANHPI Heritage Month theme is, “Advancing Leaders Through Innovation,” where we highlight residents’ transformative initiatives in fields like technology, education and entrepreneurship to uplift and empower their communities and create positive change on a local and global scale.
