MCDOT Makes Safety Improvements at Silver Spring Public Garages

MCDOT's Security, Painting and Safety Improvements project has begun at Bonifant-Dixon Garage 5, Wayne Avenue Garage 60 and Town Square Garage 61.

MCDOT will paint/touch up areas such as Handicap and EV Charging logos, entrance/exit curbs and yellow post, marked walkways, walls affected by graffiti, walls around elevators, handrails, pay stations, and updating directional signage. Work is being done during less traffic time to minimize disruption through the end of July.
