Montgomery County Community Cat Coalition
On Oct. 1, 2024, Councilmember Evan Glass presented a proclamation recognizing the Montgomery County Community Cat Coalition. The organization was founded in 2016 by members of the animal welfare community to create an innovative, proactive, community-based program to care for feral, unowned or abandoned outdoor cats, collectively known as community cats.
