Councilmember for a Day Shibani Mishra
On Nov. 19, 2024, Councilmembers Will Jawando and Sidney Katz present a proclamation to Shibani Mishra, an eighth grader at Julius West Middle School who won the 2024 “Councilmember for a Day” competition with a video essay highlighting the threats of cybercrimes targeting elder members of our community. Mishra also participated in the Council meeting held on Nov. 19. The Council congratulates Mishra for her winning video, as well as the runner-up winners and all of the participants of the challenge.
