Recognizing Animal Services Officer Ryan Jesien
On July 15, 2025, Councilmember Sidney Katz and County Executive Marc Elrich present a proclamation to Montgomery County Office of Animal Services Animal Services Officer (ASO) Ryan Jesien, who recently won the National Animal Care and Control Association’s (NACA) 2025 Animal Control Officer of the Year Award.
The Council commends him for the dedication, professionalism, and compassion he has brought to Montgomery County, the residents, and the animals served. We celebrate his achievement and thank him for representing our community with distinction.
