MCDOT Completes New Pedestrian Bridge in SS

On Thursday, Aug. 7, MCDOT celebrated the completion of new pedestrian bridge in the Kemp Mill area of Silver Spring. 

Members of the Kemp Mill Civic Association advocated for the bridge project and added a memorial at the foot of the bridge for their late neighbor, Nicki Toys.
