Cybersecurity Awareness Month
On Oct. 28, 2025, Councilmember Dawn Luedtke and Dr. Earl Stoddard, assistant chief administrative officer, on behalf of County Executive Marc Elrich, present a proclamation recognizing Cybersecurity Awareness Month. They were joined by Keith Young, chief information security officer for Montgomery County and Joan Cole, cybersecurity awareness training program coordinator.
