Countywide Citizenship Corners

Montgomery County Executive Ike Leggett participated in a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Rockville Memorial Library to launch “Countywide Citizenship Corners” in recognition of Citizenship Day. This initiative is a partnership between the Montgomery County Public Libraries and the Charles W. Gilchrist Immigrant Resource Center as part of a national bipartisan effort to encourage eligible immigrants to apply for U.S. citizenship.
