Downtown Bethesda Redevelopment Announcement: Two Blocks Consisting of Affordable (Including Deeply Affordable) Housing Options, Green Space and a Parking Garage

Montgomery County Marc Elrich will be joined by County Councilmember Andrew Friedson, community members and representatives of Broad Branch Development, Monument Realty and Mosaic Realty to announce the redevelopment of two blocks on Wisconsin Avenue in Bethesda that will be transformed into housing and green space. The future project will feature affordable and deeply affordable units, tree covered walkways and a parking garage.  

This development was the result of a negotiation between the County Government and the developers to ensure the project is in accordance with the Bethesda Master Plan and reflects the desires of the community.
