Rockville, Md., Sept. 8, 2023 — On Monday, Sept. 11 at 12:30 p.m., Montgomery County Council President Evan Glass will hold a media availability to discuss various Council matters, including the Transportation and Environment Committee’s briefing with Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) representatives on the Purple Line and the Council’s African Heritage Month commemoration. The Council President will also provide an update on the work of the Anti-Hate Task Force and discuss upcoming Council events.
The Council president’s media availability will be held via Zoom and is for members of the news media.
The public can view the media availability on the Council’s Facebook page (@MontgomeryCountyMdCouncil).
