The County Council will hold public hearings to receive testimony on new items introduced to the Council as follows:

- Resolution to approve Supplemental Appropriation #25-58 to the FY25 Operating Budget, Montgomery County Government, Department of Health and Human Services, Montgomery Cares, $974,664 (Source of Funds: General Fund Undesignated Reserves) and Amendment to FY25 Operating Budget Resolution 20-526, Section G, Designation of Entities for Non-Competitive Contract Award Status: The Primary Care Coalition of Montgomery County, Maryland, Inc.
- Resolution to approve an Amendment to the FY25-30 Capital Improvements Program and Supplemental Appropriation #25-63 to the FY25 Capital Budget, Montgomery County Government, Department of Housing and Community Affairs, Countywide Façade Easement Program (No. P762102), $500,000 (Source of Funds: State Aid)
- Resolution to approve Supplemental Appropriation #25-61 to the FY25 Capital Budget, Montgomery County Government, Department of Health and Human Services, Diversion Center (No. P602301), $650,000 (Source of Funds: $338,000 GO Bonds; $312,000 State Aid)
- Resolution to approve Supplemental Appropriation #25-68 to the FY25 Operating Budget, Montgomery County Government, Department of Health and Human Services, Public Health Services, COVID Mass Vaccination CARES Grant, $520,000 (Source of Funds: State Grant)

To testify in-person or remotely during a live public hearing at the Council Office Building, residents need to preregister on the Council's web page. Residents may also choose to provide pre-recorded testimony in written, audio or video formats or submit testimony by mail.
