to meet with Rockville residents

‘Share Your Concerns with Sidney’
ROCKVILLE, Md., March 27, 2017—Montgomery County Councilmember Sidney Katz, who represents Council District 3, will meet with residents at 7 p.m. TONIGHT, Monday, March 27, at the Twinbrook Library in Rockville in his continuing series of informal meetings to “Share Your Concerns With Sidney.”
The Twinbook Library is located at 202 Meadow Hall Drive in Rockville. The meeting is scheduled for 7-8:30 p.m.
Among the topics expected to be discussed are education, transportation and public safety. Councilmember Katz is a member of the Council’s Public Safety Committee. He also will talk about how the Council will approach formulating the Fiscal Year 2018 operating budget. Over the next two months, the Council will be reviewing all aspects of the County Executive’s recommended operating budget.
“Representing District 3 has been filled with many issues about our County, and what is going on in our neighborhoods in particular,” said Councilmember Katz. “I know many people in the Rockville area have questions about how issues in this immediate area will impact them. I want to hear their concerns and provide as much information as possible to address those concerns.”
