Public Hearing on the Germantown Plan for the Town Sector Zone--RESCHEDULED to Feb. 4, 2020 at 1:30 p.m.

The Montgomery County Council has rescheduled the public hearing that was originally scheduled on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at 7:30 p.m. at Montgomery College Germantown on the Planning Board Draft of the Germantown Plan for the Town Sector Zone.

The purpose of the plan is to update the outdated town sector zone with current zoning classifications.

The public hearing will now be held on February 4, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. in the Third Floor Hearing Room of the Council Office Building, which is located at 100 Maryland Avenue in Rockville. The meeting will be televised live by County Cable Montgomery (CCM) on Xfinity channels 6 and 996, RCN channels 6 and 1056; and FiOS channel 30. It also will be available live via streaming through the Council website at  http://tinyurl.com/z9982v8.
