Montgomery County Council Vice President Hucker, along with environmental advocates, will hold a news conference today on Bill 6-20, which will protect wildlife by banning the outdoor release of helium-filled latex or mylar balloons.
Vice President Hucker introduced the bill at this morning’s County Council session.
Expected to join him at the news conference are the following representatives of environmental and animal protection organizations:
