For Immediate Release: Tuesday, November 3, 2020

Montgomery County Office of Community Use of Public Facilities’ Administrative Headquarters has moved to the new Wheaton Office Building located at 2425 Reedie Drive as part of the County’s Wheaton Revitalization Project

The new, 308,000 square foot office building, will be home to the Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission and five additional county agencies. The 14-story building includes ground-floor retail and plaza spaces, a new town square adjacent to the building that will host public events and a four-level below-grade public parking structure.

A new customer service center will be available on the second floor of the new facility. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it will remain closed to walk-in customers until further notice.
