Council President Hucker and Vice President Albornoz hold media availability on April 19 at 11 a.m. to discuss amendment to Board of Health regulation, Rent Relief Program and upcoming Council matters

Rockville, Md., April 16, 2021— Council President Tom Hucker and Vice President Gabe Albornoz will hold a media briefing on Monday, April 19 at 11 a.m. 

Council President Hucker and Vice President Albornoz will share information on Montgomery County’s vaccination efforts and discuss the new amendment to the County's Board of Health regulation to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and provide guidance on school graduation ceremonies that will be introduced on Tuesday, April 20. The duo will also share information on the COVID-19 Rent Relief Program.

Montgomery County Health and Human Services Director Dr. Raymond Crowel will join the media availability and provide a COVID-19 public health update.

The media availability will be held via Zoom and is for credentialed members of the media only.

The public can watch on the Council’s Facebook page (@MontgomeryCountyMdCouncil).
