Rockville, Md., June 11, 2021— On Monday, June 14 at 11 a.m., Council President Tom Hucker and Council Vice President Gabe Albornoz will hold a media availability to discuss the upcoming Council meeting on June 15 and other Council-related matters.
The duo will also discuss Novavax's expanded campus development in Gaithersburg to support vaccine research, manufacturing and business development in Montgomery County, opposition to Gov. Hogan's I-495/I-270 Beltway widening plan, and Council action on the Working Families Income Supplement.
Montgomery County Health and Human Services Deputy Health Officer Dr. James Bridgers will join the media availability to provide a public health update.
The media availability will be held via Zoom and is for credentialed members of the media.
