Rockville, Md., Dec. 9, 2022— On Monday, Dec. 12 at 11 a.m., newly-elected Montgomery County Council President Evan Glass will hold a media availability to discuss the historic nature of the 20th Montgomery County Council which has grown from nine to 11 members.
