Update: Victim Identified in Gaithersburg Homicide/Home-Invasion Robbery

For Immediate Release: Monday, December 3, 2012

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Major Crimes Division - Homicide/Sex Section are continuing to investigate an undetermined death that occurred early this morning in Gaithersburg.

At this time, detectives are releasing the identity of the victim.  The victim is identified as Cesar Smith, age 45, of Gaithersburg.  Detectives are working to confirm a more specific address for Smith.
