UPDATE: Victim Identified and Cause of Death Released in Briggs Chaney Homicide

For Immediate Release: Wednesday, December 12, 2012

Detectives from the Major Crimes Division-Homicide/Sex Section continue to investigate a homicide that occurred in the Briggs Chaney area of the county on December 10.

The victim is identified as Christopher Davon White, age 22, of the 3400 block of Dodge Park Road in Landover, Maryland.

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner has ruled the death a homicide and determined that the victim died as a result of gunshot wounds.
