Detectives Identify Deceased Man

For Immediate Release: Tuesday, July 23, 2013

Detectives from the Major Crimes Division have identified the man found deceased in a pond near Nike Missile Park on Sunday.  Police and Fire/Rescue units responded to the 8500 block of Snouffer School Road in Gaithersburg shortly after 12:30 p.m.

The man is identified as Matthew Baker, age 25, of Gaithersburg.  The cause and manner of death are still under investigation by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
