Update: Missing Juvenile Located

For Immediate Release: Wednesday, February 26, 2014

Taylor Lynn Howling, age 16, of the 2200 block of Greenery Lane in Silver Spring, has been located safe and unharmed. She has been reunited with family.

Police and family thank those who publicized and shared this missing person case.
