Update: Burglary Suspects Captured on Home Video Surveillance Arrested

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department - 5th District Investigative Section have arrested two burglary suspects captured on home video surveillance.  Kevin Curtis, age 19, of the 13600 block of Demetrias Way in Germantown, and Kellen Hoerauf-Staton, age 18, of the 19700 block of Teakwood Circle in Germantown, have been identified and arrested by detectives for the May 28 burglary of a home in Boyds.

On July 3, the Public Information Office released photographs of these two burglary suspects and asked for the public's help in identifying them.  Detectives received numerous tips in reference to the identities of these two suspects.  Curtis was arrested at his residence on July 8 and Hoerauf-Staton was arrested at his residence on July 10.  Both suspects were charged with crimes to include first degree burglary, malicious destruction, and theft.  They were released on bond.
