Update: Missing Montgomery Village Juvenile Located Safe and Unharmed

For Immediate Release: Thursday, September 4, 2014

Charlotte Y. Chan, age 17, of the 9300 block of Weathervane Place in Montgomery Village, has been located safe and unharmed in Tennessee.  Arrangements are being made for Chan to return to Maryland.

Police and family thank the media for publicizing this missing person case.
