Update: Missing Juveniles Located

For Immediate Release: Sunday, June 21, 2015

Twin brothers, Samuel Charles DeCarlo and Isaac William DeCarlo, 14 years old, of the 14100 block of Grand Pre Road, and Bianca Cruz, age 13, of the 13000 block of Estelle Road, have been located safe and unharmed.

Police and family thank the public and media outlets for their assistance with this case.
