Update: Three Suspects Arrested for Germantown Robbery - Crime Solvers Tipsters Helped Close This Case

Yesterday, detectives from the Montgomery County Police – 5th District Investigative Section arrested Jywan Byron Henderson, age 18, of the 16900 block of Longdraft Road in Gaithersburg, and Isaiah Terrell Scott, age 18, of the 18900 block of Perrone Drive in Germantown, for the November 25 robbery of three victims at the Ride-On bus stop located at Clopper Road and Timko Lane in Germantown. Cyril Atimos Doherty, age 18, also involved in the robbery, was arrested on the day of the robbery.

On November 25, three victims reported that they had been robbed by three suspects after exiting a Ride-On bus at Clopper Road and Timko Lane. After the robbery, one suspect, identified as Doherty, was located by officers in the area and was arrested. The other two suspects fled from the scene.

On December 21, detectives released photographs of the two unknown suspects and asked for the public’s help in identifying them. Detectives received Crime Solvers tips and were able to identify Henderson and Scott as the two suspects.

Henderson and Scott were each charged with one count of robbery and one count of conspiracy to commit robbery. Henderson is being held on a $12,500 bond and Scott is being held on a $10,000 bond.
