On Wednesday, May 4 at approximately 3:00 p.m., 3rd District officers responded to the report of an attempted sexual assault that had just occurred in the 14000 block of Castle Boulevard.  The investigation revealed that as the victim entered her apartment building on Castle Boulevard, the suspect asked the victim to hold the entryway door for him.  Once inside the entryway, the suspect attempted to engage the victim in conversation.  The victim pretended to be on the phone and the suspect followed the victim as she walked upstairs.
