Update: Suspect Charged for Shootings at Montgomery County Shopping Centers

For Immediate Release: Saturday, May 7, 2016

Early this morning, Eulalio Tordil, age 62, of Adelphi, Maryland, was transported to the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit and formally charged for two Montgomery County shooting incidents that occurred yesterday and involved four victims; two of whom succumbed to their injuries.  Tordil is being held without bond and will have bond review on Monday.

Tordil has been charged with the following:

• Two counts of first-degree murder
• Two counts of attempted first-degree murder
• Four counts of the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony
