Concern for Missing North Bethesda Area Man

Update: Missing North Bethesda Man Located Deceased; No Foul Play Suspected


Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – 2nd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing North Bethesda area man.

Matthew Garrison Barry, age 23, was last seen by family members on Friday, February 3 when he left his Montrose Avenue home driving a silver, 2009 Honda Accord with Maryland tag: 7CR5708.  Barry did not inform family members where he was going and there has been no contact from Barry since he left.

Matthew Barry is described as a white male, 6’1” tall, and weighing approximately 190 pounds.  He has light brown hair and wears glasses.  Barry was last seen wearing a button-down shirt, blue jeans, and a gray hat with a Maryland crab logo on it.

Police and family members are concerned for Matthew Barry’s emotional and physical welfare.
