Update: Third Suspect Arrested for Montgomery Village Homicide

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department – Major Crimes Division have arrested a third suspect for the February 10 homicide of 20-year-old Wassi Harron Raheem Young from Hyattsville. 

Yesterday, Davion Antonio Foster, age 20, of the 2300 block of Green Street, Southeast, Washington, D.C., was arrested in Tysons Corner, Virginia, on the strength of a Montgomery County arrest warrant.  Foster is charged with first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, armed robbery, and conspiracy to commit armed robbery.  He is currently being held at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center awaiting an extradition hearing to be returned to Montgomery County.

Two suspects were previously arrested for the homicide of YoungSamuel Fayomi Brown, age 20, of Hyattsville and Tierek Ty Jay Thomas, age 20, Northwest, Washington, D.C.  They were arrested on March 9 at separate locations in Prince George’s County on the strength of Montgomery County arrest warrants.  They were charged with first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, armed robbery, and conspiracy to commit armed robbery.

Due to the ongoing investigation, no additional details will be released by the Department at this time.
