Identities Released in Spencerville Domestic-Related Murder-Suicide

For Immediate Release: Monday, October 1, 2018

Detectives with the Montgomery County Police - Major Crimes Division continue to investigate the fatal shooting of an adult female and adult male in a home in the Spencerville area home as a murder-suicide.

The 53-year-old female is being identified as Bonny Jean Dibble.  The 56-year-old male is being identified as Stuart Michael Shamberger. Dibble and Shamberger were involved in a relationship and lived together in the home located in the 15100 block of Peach Orchard Road.

The facts and circumstances surrounding these shootings remain under investigation.
