Update: Detectives Investigate Homicide in Bethesda; Photos Released to Assist with Identification of Victim

Detectives with the Montgomery County Department of Police – Major Crimes Division are investigating the death of a male whose body was found in the 10000 block of Old Georgetown Road in Bethesda on February 25, 2019.  The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) has ruled this death a homicide.

The victim is described as a male, 20 to 30 years of age, of Hispanic descent.

Photographs of the victim's tattoos and examples of clothing the victim was wearing are now being released in the hope that someone may recognize the tattoos and clothing articles.  Investigators are seeking the public's assistance to identify the victim.  Please see the photos attached to this press release.

This investigation is ongoing.  Detectives are urging anyone who has information regarding this homicide to contact the Major Crimes Division at 240-773-5070.
