Police Seek Public’s Assistance in Locating Missing Germantown Man (LOCATED)

Update: August 10, 2019 (1:08 pm): Han Pham has been located safe and unharmed.

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 5th District Investigative Section are asking the public for help in locating a missing Germantown man.

Han Ngoc Pham, age 44, of the 13300 block of Rushing Water Way, was last seen yesterday evening (August 9) at approximately 8:00 at his residence.

Pham is described as an Asian male, 5'8" tall, and weighing 140 pounds. He has brown eyes and collar-length black hair.

Pham is familiar with how to use public transportation but gets lost and does not always know what route to take to return home.

Pham was previously reported missing on August 7.  He took public transportation to Bethesda but became lost and police were called to assist him on August 8.  He was reunited with family at that time.

Anyone who has information regarding the whereabouts of Han Ngoc Pham is asked to call the Montgomery County police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24 hours).
