LOCATED: Erica Sofia Mejia has been located safe and unharmed.

Gaithersburg, MD- Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating, Erica Sofia Mejia, a missing 13-year-old from Silver Spring.

Mejia was last seen on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at approximately 7:15 a.m., in the 14400 block of Innsbruck Court.

Mejia is approximately 4-feet, 9-inches tall and weighs 110 pounds. She has red hair and brown eyes. It is unknown what clothing she was last seen wearing.

Mejia may be traveling with Allison Flores, a missing 13-year-old from Laurel.

Police and family are concerned for her welfare.
