Good morning! I am glad to be here to recognize and applaud the good work of Al Roshdieh and the entire Montgomery County Department of Transportation.
One of my top priorities has been to build an effective and efficient transportation network. I sincerely appreciate all that you have done to build, maintain, and strengthen it.
Across your wide area of responsibility, from roadways and engineering to parking and transit, you have managed our system very well.
And, you have created an increasingly multimodal system – which is important for our residents and our County’s growth and success.
I am grateful to the outstanding, hard-working team members of this organization who strive each day to keep the County moving.
Thank you to all of you who continue to make this County a great place to live, work and play.
