ROCKVILLE, Md., March 14, 2017—The Montgomery County Council’s Town Hall Meeting for residents of the Silver Spring area scheduled for the evening of Wednesday, March 15, has been POSTPONED due to weather conditions created by today’s snow storm.
The Council was concerned that melting snow in daytime followed by evening freezing temperatures would create hazardous conditions for those planning to attend the meeting on Wednesday at the Long Branch Community Center.
The meeting in the Silver Spring area will be rescheduled for a later date sometime in April.
