Executive Regulation 9-99: Systems Benefit Charge - Nonresidential

Executive Regulation 9-99, effective July 1, 1999, amends Regulation 7-98 by making technical clarifications and changes to the appeals procedure including

  • the information to be provided and
  • by allowing additional time for applicants to respond to County requests for additional information required in order to process appeals.
