Montgomery County (Maryland) Executive Regulation 15-04AM requires all non-residential properties,
including schools, to recycle mixed paper, commingled materials, scrap metal, yard trim and Christmas trees,
as well as to document their recycling achievement annually. Non-residential properties also need to educate
their employees and customers about their recycling program.
