Sidney Katz to host Community Town Hall in District 3
On October 5 at 7 p.m., Councilmember Katz will hold an open meeting to discuss community issues.

 

ROCKVILLE, Md., September 28, 2017—Montgomery County Councilmember Sidney Katz, who represents Council District 3, will host a Town Hall at Lakewood Elementary School in Rockville starting at 7 p.m. on Thursday October 5, 2017. District 3 includes Gaithersburg, Rockville, Washington Grove, Leisure World and parts of Aspen Hill, Derwood, North Potomac and Potomac.

Lakewood Elementary School is located at 2534 Lindley Terrace, Rockville, MD.

Among the topics Councilmember Katz will discuss are mental health court, the County’s senior property tax credit, supplemental funding for gang activity suppression, municipal stormwater payments and minimum wage. Residents will also have a chance to ask questions and bring up issues that are important to them.
